MEET THE TEAM
Justin Landeen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Energy Systems Management, Inc., a position he has held since 2011. Justin is responsible for defining the strategic vision and culture of the organization, developing business opportunities, and maintaining company goals. As President and CEO, he has introduced a broader spectrum of residential and retail electrical contracting by matching client needs and employee talents.
Prior to opening Energy Systems Management, Inc., Justin worked in the transportation industry for 15 years. He served in an assortment of managerial, client relations, and customer service roles for the largest corporation in the industry. These electrifying years are what helped him to develop and polish his business skills.
Justin is a member of the Subcontractors Trade Association, the Building Trades Employers’ Association, the Chicagoland Electrical Contractors Association, the National Electrical Contractors Association, and various business development groups.
VP of Operations
Daniel Walsh is the Vice President of Operations of Energy Systems Management, Inc., a position he has held since 2014. Daniel is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the organization, focusing on strategic planning and goal setting to ensure the growth of the organization while adding to the bottom line, and directing operations to achieve its’ goals.
Prior to joining Energy Systems Management, Inc., Daniel worked in the real estate industry for 10 years. In those 10 years he worked his way up from an entry level position up to a management role, leading different teams of individuals in many critical areas within the organization.
Daniel is a licensed Supervising Electrician in the City of Chicago, a member of the Chicago Constructions Professionals, as well as the Design and Construction Network.
Front Office Operations Associate
Vysakh Reetha is a Front Office Operations Associate for Energy Systems Management, Inc. Vysakh is responsible for many of the administrative daily operations of the organization including: scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, customer relations, and many other critical tasks to the organization.
Prior to joining Energy Systems Management, Inc., Vysakh worked in the hospitality industry for 4 years. In this time, he was able to develop and apply the skills he learned through his Bachelor’s Degree earned at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
