As a result of the recession in the past, our business felt the need to review many aspects of our business in order to reduce our rates to accommodate our customers. The process was long and time consuming, as many practices had to be changed, which had been in place for several years in order to reduce costs and overhead. After reviewing all finances, our team was able to reduce company overhead costs by 40%. Understanding that all of us have been affected by rising costs and lower wages, the Energy Systems Management, Inc. team decided it would be most ethical to pass these savings onto our customers in the form of a labor rate reduction.
